Having already worked on successful influencer campaigns with Travel Alberta in the past, Stay & Wander decided to take it up a notch during the summer of 2014. We designed and built two separate week-long travel adventures, each consisting of eight to ten influencers. To help Travel Alberta reach their target markets, we assembled a team solely consisting of Vancouver-based influencers for the first campaign and primarily US, Canada & UK-based photo and video creators for the second.

Stay & Wander designed and planned both campaigns from start to finish, including building the itineraries, selecting the influencer creatives, managing the teams in the field, establishing publication partnerships, and ultimately managing the end licensing of images and videos for commercial image library use by Travel Alberta.


A big part of finding beauty in nature is getting there


A Stay & Wander creator was approached by an agency with an open brief to shoot a campaign for Land Rover to promote the brand while reminding audiences of their vehicles' lengthy history of use in exploration. We quickly conceived a campaign centered around an iconic, vintage Land Rover and created images that are at the same time modern in look and nostalgic in the feelings that they evoke.

Stay & Wander devised the creative, sourced the vintage vehicle, managed production and talent, then executed the shoot on location. Finally, high engagement social media posts were made and a content library was delivered for Land Rover's brand use.


Canada's iconic rail experience gets a fresh coat of paint


Stay & Wander was responsible for creating a digital library of images and videos while traveling to six major stops along the VIA Rail line across Canada. The travel and lifestyle content will feed the upcoming official launch of the @vialrailcanada Instagram account and used for commercial advertising applications.

We provided VIA Rail and their agency with strategic consulting, sourced the creators, collaborated on the content brief, managed the two-week long shoot and will provide the influencer posting component to accompany the official launch.


Pretty and practical, from the rainforest to the urban jungle


Even though Coach is no stranger to NYC-based influencer campaigns built by their in-house marketing team, they approached Stay & Wander to help take them into uncharted territory for the launch of a new Rucksack line of leather bags.

We conceived a campaign that would take the bags into a new environment, the rainforests of the Pacific Northwest, and helped weave the narrative for a short campaign that would launch the Rucksack as a suitable accessory for a journey from the great outdoors to the trendy cafés of New York City. The project also provided content for Coach's official social media channels.

Stay & Wander came up with the creative, sourced the photographers, managed the shoots, delivered the content, and coordinated the influencer posts on Instagram.


Pushing the limits to show what's possible, if not probable


Stay & Wander was approached by an agency with a general brief to create and promote some everyday images with a soon-to-be-released Canon digital camera, aimed squarely at the beginner consumer. We helped the agency revise the creative to allow us to take things to the next level - effectively pushing past everyday imagery in favor of work that truly inspires, but was still created with the same beginner-friendly camera.

We consulted with the client to refocus their creative, researched and planned a shoot in deep Alaska, collaborated with locals to uncover epic locations, managed the influencer posts and delivered a digital content library to the brand.
